Hong Kong will join 656 cities in 80 countries worldwide for this year's Earth Hour "lights out" campaign, which will commence at 8:30 pm, Saturday 27 March. Our participation in Earth Hour will deliver a powerful message - that we are committed to resolving the issue of global warming.
This year, our ambitious target is for 3 million Hong Kong people to join hands with us for Earth Hour 2010. In combating climate change, we will be introducing five simple actions that will put us on the road to a low-carbon lifestyle.
